The DIGITUS Professional CAT connector for field applications is used for connecting or extending twisted-pair cables. The robust metal housing ensures long-lasting and stable connections. This connector is the ideal choice for extending or repairing existing cables. Installation without the use of special tools is easily carried out thanks to the colour-coded LSA knife clamp.

• The Cat.6A LSA connector for installation cables consists of a metal housing with metal nut, a 360° shielded contact and an integrated cable fixing and strain relief system.
• The connection module supports PoE in the PoE, PoE+ and 4PPoE+ or PoE++ standards (IEEE 802.3af; 3at; 3bt) and enables data transmission in the 10 GBase-T and 500 MHz range.
• In addition to solid conductors in installation cables, twisted pair cables are also supported, e.g. for raw patch cables Installation is done without tools, using a wire manager and LSA insulation displacement clamp
