The G3Ferrari pizza oven is the perfect appliance with which to prepare a real Italian pizza in your home. How is this possible? The appliances use a refractory stone which, thanks to its properties, ensures that the dough does not dry out during baking and at the same time becomes crispy and perfect as in the best pizzerias in Naples. We have used two heaters in our oven: the lower one is responsible for the crispy dough and the upper one is responsible for finishing the toppings on the dough. This allows the oven to reach temperatures of over 400 degrees, very close to the professional ovens in Italian pizzerias.  It takes just 5 minutes to bake a pizza in our oven, don't believe it – try it and you won't want to eat another pizza.
